I’ve been struggling with my weight for the last decade.  It seems no matter what I do or how I exercised the weight just doesn’t come off.

In the past if I wanted to lose a quick 10 pounds for a vacation I would go on a low carb diet for 2 weeks and it worked… but all my weight would pile right back on.

I actually have some “zipfizz” orange soda flavoring so I’ve been adding that to the sweet cream and using either Coconut Milk or Almond Milk, plus a banana and some ice.   It’s really delicious.

I’ve been having two shakes a day and following a set 1600 calorie diet for the last six days.   I can honestly say I’ve had no food cravings.  With portion control, calorie counting and filling up on the shakes  I’ve lost 8 pounds already….
